Hillcrest Development

The site for the hotel is located off of I-70 in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, across from the Lucas Oil Stadium and will feature 146 guestrooms. The hotel is being built in an L-shaped configuration with a parking garage beneath the hotel. We currently have 76 parking spaces underneath the hotel. The hotel is being built with light gauge steel walls and concrete flooring. This will be a very solid building which will add long term value to the investment.
