Albert Hill
Al has been the president of HDI since he started the company in 1974 and has supervised the construction of over 120 construction projects, most of which are hotels. He is in tune with hotel market conditions and is continually attending and participating in conventions and forums in the hotel industry. Al works with all departments to coordinate the construction of every project and is the main point of contact for all investors.

Rocky Singh
Rocky brings over 18 years of experience in securitized real estate offerings, including office, single tenant and hospitality portfolios. He has been involved in multiple real estate round-table discussion panels throughout the various market cycles and has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies that can make or break private offerings. He raised several million dollars in investor funds throughout his career and was involved in multiple start-ups. He has a track record of high yield rate return on all the investments

Rich Englund
Rich is the Project Manager for Hillcrest Development, bringing 30 years of experience in construction to the company. He oversees all hotel construction projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.

Caleb Hill
Caleb assists owners in obtaining financing, market research, and other development needs. Caleb is also our General Counsel and stays up to date on legal issues surrounding the construction and hospitality business.
