TEAM & CONTACT

Al has been the president of HDI since he started the company in 1974 and has supervised the construction of over 120 construction projects, most of which are hotels. He is in tune with hotel market conditions and is continually attending and participating in conventions and forums in the hotel industry. Al works with all departments to coordinate the construction of every project and is the main point of contact for all investors.

President

Rich is the Project Manager for HDI, bringing 30 years of experience in construction to the company. He oversees all hotel construction projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget. 

Construction Manager

Brian handles the early phases of Development, including working with architects, municipalities, and civil engineers. Brian is responsible for developing the Owner's Program and is a primary contact for Owners throughout the Development Process.

Construction Coordinator

Caleb assists owners in obtaining financing, market research, and other development needs. Caleb is also our General Counsel and stays up to date on legal issues surrounding the construction and hospitality business.
